All trivia packets are sent via email in a .zip file download link. You will also receive your download link IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE on the confirmation page.

If you purchased an 8 week (or 4 week) subscription, your first quiz is automatically sent to you upon purchase (also available for download immediately) and the following 7 (or 3) quizzes will be sent via email on Sundays.

Check the email address you used to place your order (or the email that is connected with your Paypal account if you used that as your payment method) as that is where the email containing your download link(s) is automatically sent.

If the email address is correct, check your spam folder. Add questions@thequizmasters.com and delivery@shopify.com to your contacts to make sure you'll receive emails from us!

If you still haven't received the email, contact us and we'll get you your quiz right away.

For future reference, after all single/subscription/themed quiz purchases you immediately receive the download link on the order confirmation page so you can always get your quiz right away.

If after purchase you received a quiz that you already have, you probably resubscribed within your current 8 (or 4) week subscription period.

Because you purchased your new 4 or 8 week subscription before the new quiz was updated for that week, you received the same quiz we sent you on Sunday.

But DON'T WORRY! We will begin your next subscription when your current one expires. We keep track of which quizzes you receive so you will definitely get all 4 or 8 packs, depending on which subscription you purchased =)

Triv.it is our web app that makes hosting trivia, virtual or in-person, easier for you and your players. Triv.it makes it possible for teams to digitally submit answers to hosts who can then grade and score quizzes right from their laptops.

Triv.it is automatically available for our 4-quiz and 8-quiz subscribers.
Note: Please make sure your Triv.it account email is the same as your Quizmasters account email.

We've run pub quizzes for over a decade and know pretty much everything that can go wrong (and right!) with a trivia night.

With the right trivia questions, it's pretty simple! The very short answer is:

Ask your crowd the questions

Check and score the answers

Tell your crowd the correct answers and read their scores

Repeat steps 1-3 for all question rounds (our quizzes are comprised of 5 rounds, 10 questions per round.)

All Quizmasters quizzes are licensed to a single venue only. Please contact us for multiple venue rates. Quizzes are for personal, business or charity events only and are not to be resold or used for third party trivia apps. If used for "virtual trivia events", this product is licensed for one live event only not to exceed more than 100 participants. Also, recording live trivia events or virtual trivia events is prohibited. If you have any questions or requests in regards to this policy, just contact us! We're always here to help.

PLUS, there are no extra fees for hosts, answer & score sheets, etc. (You CAN run a trivia night yourself and of course our forms are included for free!)

Our questions have something for everyone in regards to topics and levels of difficulty. This is a special mix that we have mastered over our 10+ years hosting trivia nights.

Single quizzes (weekly, themed, and past quizzes) are $30 each.

4-week subscriptions are $90 and 8-week subscriptions are $160; both include free access to our web app Triv.it ▶️
