Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about subscriptions, formats, and Triv.it.

How will my trivia packet be delivered? ▾
All trivia packets are sent via email in a .zip file download link. You also receive your download link immediately after purchase right on the order confirmation page. For 4 or 8-week subscriptions, your first quiz is sent immediately, and subsequent quizzes arrive every Sunday.
What's Triv.it and how do I access it? ▾
Triv.it is our digital web app that lets players submit answers right from their phones while you grade and score the game directly from your laptop—perfect for both live and virtual hosting. Access to Triv.it is automatically included free with all 4-quiz and 8-quiz subscriptions!
Do you provide trivia hosts? ▾
We don't provide on-site hosts, and you don't need one! We supply everything you need to run it yourself—tested questions, full host answer keys, printable score sheets, and our easy-to-follow guide so anyone on your team can host with zero stress.
What happens if I resubscribe before my current pack ends? ▾
Don't worry! We track every quiz packet you receive. If you renew early, your new subscription simply queues up and continues right after your current 4 or 8-week cycle completes, ensuring you never receive duplicate quizzes.
